Although much has been written on the former two diets, my view is they can't be replicated in the United States without spending lots of money. For instance, Okinawans eat a lot of tofu, but our soy is much different than theirs. So the product is different. It's rather futile, in my view, to try to replicate such a diet here.Paul C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00063802330294519042noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3411905138826129887.post-27617833726477790362016-08-29T10:44:06.597-07:002016-08-29T10:44:06.597-07:00I'll write a post on this. I remember reading how he used local weeds in his cooking and was fascinated by it. Then, someone mentioned to me how great Scandinavian people looked, and I thought, it's not their genes (though that's part of it); it's mainly their diet.

Koreans are said to have good genes. And mom knows Korean food. There are commonalities in beliefs. When I was in Cheju Island, all the locals talk about how their omija berry (like ligon berries) is great for health. So, since no one's done it before, I decided to combine both cuisines; I also included French cooking too, since nothing beats it. (Chinese would be good to incorporate, except it's too greasy and oily these days.)

Already, I've noticed that I've dropped stubborn body fat, but it's not only that, the shape of my muscles have changed too. Seems to be the diet for me.Paul C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00063802330294519042noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3411905138826129887.post-35573649606661136812016-08-28T21:11:52.800-07:002016-08-28T21:11:52.800-07:00Your fusion sounds interesting. Is this fusion experiment based on complimentary tastes or is it being pursued for health reasons. Are the members of either or both people groups known for remarkable longevity?
