My Opinion Was Published in Cerritos News - California State Legislature Needs To Enact Laws That Require a Probable Cause Determination In Conservatorship Hearings

(C) Reuters
Imagine that people from a cultish church show up to kidnap your father. You call the police on them. Then you find out that your father’s confidential wife also smuggled in opiates into the rehab center, to convince your father to leave the place. Then you find out that while your father had dementia and was being drugged on opiates the whole time, the confidential wife deeded herself all of his real properties, worth over $2 million, and was trying to conceal all this and take control over your father again to get away with her scheme and flee with the money.

Breaking News: Former City Attorney, Robert Tafoya, Admits to Bribing California State Senator, Susan Rubio, to Promote Her Senate Election.

According to a plea agreement with the Department of Justice entered into with Robert Tafoya, former City Attorney of Baldwin Park, Tafoya bribed California State Senator, Susan Rubio with approximately $230,000 in money received from marijuana kickbacks. The Legal Lens has identified that Person 20, which the plea agreement describes as, "public official", as Rubio. In this agreement, Tafoya admitted that he was the architect of a complex marijuana scheme, in which people would pay Baldwin Park City public officials to vote for their licenses, if they provided $240,000 to him and other city officials, like former Council Member, Ricardo Pacheco.

According to it, "In or around 2017 or 2018," Susan Rubio, "approached defendant and asked him to solicit a bribe payment from company seeking a marijuana permit in the City using the same intermediary scheme utilized by Pacheco."

Tafoya then selected a close friend or relative to launder the money for him; with the purpose of Susan Rubio receiving $200,000, while $40,000 would be kept by the money launderer, who used the title, "consultant".

When the marijuana operator started backing down from the deal, Rubio and Tafoya met with him or her to reassure them that a permit would be received for the price of $240,000. Tafoya became concerned that the marijuana operator might report the two of them to law enforcement. So, he threatened that if they didn't pay, the deal was off.

Rubio started running for State elected office from 2017 to the end of 2018. "To raise campaign funds, [Rubio] asked [Tafoya] on two occasions to provide [her] $15,000 in cash that [Rubio] could then funnel to other individuals to make conduit contributions to [her] campaign. [Rubio] wanted these small donations to demonstrate to other donors [her] broad support amongst the community.

"[Tafoya] agreed on both occasions to provide the cash because he believed [Rubio] could remove defendant as [Baldwin Park] City Attorney and understood that [Rubio] would provide [Tafoya] additional work if [she] were elected to State office.

"In or around October 2017, while in the primary for [Rubio's] election, [Rubio] first asked defendant for $15,000 in cash. [Tafoya] agreed to provide it and then withdrew $15,000 from the Tafoya & Garcia, LLP account at Wells Fargo in four transactions between October 25, 2017 and October 26, 2017. Defendant then met with [Rubio] and provided [her] the $15,000 in cash in an envelope.

"After [Rubio] won [her] primary in June 2018, [Rubio] once more solicited $15,000 in cash from defendant in order to further engage in the conduit contribution scheme described above.

"[Tafoya] agreed but, before providing the money, wanted assurances from [Rubio] that [she] would take care of [him], protect [Tafoya's] job as the City Attorney, and assist defendant financially or professionally in [her] official capacity if [she] obtained State elected office.

"[Rubio] agreed, and [Tafoya] withdrew $15,000 in cash, which he provided to [Rubio]".

The DOJ has unsealed Tafoya's plea agreement, in which he pleaded guilty to bribery and tax evasion, owing the IRS $675,000, accruing since 2007. Rubio was a former city council member of Baldwin Park and allegedly and originally from the City of Bell.

Activists, employees, business owners, citizens, civil rights attorneys and academics, and the Department of Justice, have been tirelessly exposing the rampant, open, and brazen corruption of Baldwin Park's officials and administrators. Greg S. Tuttle, small business owner in Baldwin Park, first blew the whistle in 2007, when former Mayor Manuel Lozano, Council Member Monica Garcia, and Council Member Ricardo Pacheco tried to steal his business by eminent domain. More to be exposed.

Looking like he's high on drugs.

Christian Assembly - Jezebel's Modern American Church

Matt Price, Evangelism Pastor
I went to a small group at this church, and the small group leader started introducing Catholic doctrine, such as the doctrine of Holy Saturday - where Jesus allegedly rescued people from Hell. He also started arguing that the Shack's Trinity was a good representation of the actual Trinity.

I went to ask the theological pastor, Matt Price, if Christian Assembly (CA) of Eaglerock agreed with the belief in purgatory and the doctrines of God's judgment and Hell, as stated on the Four Square Assembly website. Price refused to answer for almost a month, and I emailed him, without an answer I have to assume that CA endorses purgatory and doesn't believe in judgment and Hell as stated by the Four Square Assembly belief. Still no response. Price can't even be respectful to answer simple questions on theology.

I found Matt Price's talk to be so boring at Fusion. I asked the leaders to tell me when he speaks; so, I don't have to come back and have my time wasted.

I brought a guest to Fusion. And Price was preaching again. I noticed at least 7 people were sleeping. My guest told me, "This is the worst Christian talk I've ever heard. And I didn't learn any Bible."

There used to be a Facebook group that talked about how boring Price was. I don't understand why they continue to let him speak. I can only guess that he must know something about the internal church accounting.

Otherwise, after attending 2-3 months, I find them to be racially discriminatory. I only hear preaching from white people, like unqualified Price. For a racially diverse City, I would expect to hear more preaching from Asian-Americans and Hispanics as well.

To conclude, I question whether this Church is following sound doctrine. They seem to care more about numbers and the $5 million they bring in annually. I'd stay away.

A month later, I heard from Price. Price saw my review on Google Reviews (which has been censored) and wrote back that CA doesn't endorse purgatory and that it subscribes to all the values on Four Square Assembly. But then he proceeded to appear to make misrepresentations and attacked me.

After not hearing back from him since May 8, 2023 (nearly a month), Price wrote, "I sent a response to this email last week while I was staying in a hotel for a convention out of town."

So I replied back, "PS: please forward me a copy of the email you sent last week."

Price had to then admit: "I don’t have a copy of the email I wrote last week which didn’t get delivered. It isn’t in my sent or drafts files." This appears to be a lie, and from a "Christian preacher" of all people.

Then Price kicks me out of the church, just because I asked questions of theology, "Based on . . . your concerns with the theology taught at Christian Assembly it seems like Christian Assembly is not a good fit for you. I hope that you are able to find a local church that suits you." He then signs his signature "With grace".

Given that it took him almost a month to respond to simple theology questions, I have to assume that Price, himself, does not agree with Four Square's doctrine on judgment, Hell, final judgment, and sin. Generally, people who agree with core values will email back promptly and are not uncomfortable with answering simple questions.

So I wrote back: "Do you personally believe in God's judgment upon our lives and that Hell exists and that that judgment is final?"

Price responds: "Paul, / Please seek elsewhere for answers to your questions."

I conclude by writing back, "Matt: / I will assume your answer to be no then. Only you can provide me the answer to your . . . beliefs."

Based on the attitude, no repentance of bad doctrine, and the lack of grace and lying, I stand by my remarks that leaders like Price endorse heresy.

There are unsubstantiated allegations of CA that need to be verified and someone should do a records request on the church. According to an anonymous source, there was money that was allegedly laundered into the purchasing of some property in Glendale or La Canada.

Also, in 2019, CA said it gave $5.3 million to pay off the medical debt of locals by donating it to a nonprofit, RIP Medical Debt. Someone should do a records request on the New York (not California based on nonprofit) to see how much money was actually spent on this medical debt.

I felt convicted to publish this as a warning to the body out there.

Scripture warns the Church. of Thyatira, "But this is what I have against you: you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a messenger of God. By her teaching she misleads my servants into practicing sexual immorality and eating food that has been offered to idols. . . . . I will throw her on a bed where she and those who committed adultery with her will suffer terribly." (Revelation 2:20, GNT).

Amir Eftekhari of Cyrus Towing Hires Professional Car Crasher to Hit Innocent Victims to Defraud Insurance Companies and Steal Cars, According to Former Employee.

"Raymundo" aka "Delta"

He’s 71 years old. Mexican. Talks with a squeaky and calm high pitched voice. Grey hair. Glasses (some times). 5 foot, one inch. As he’s driving, Cook believes the following happened.

Espiridion Raymundo Mendieta Morante (“Raymundo”) found his target car: a red Toyota Prius. I want this one, he thinks. He calculates what angle to hit the car like a pool game. He rear ends Elder Arambula’s red Toyota Prius at an angle, and like a struck pool ball, the Prius veers right. Raymundo then accelerates, knowing he needs to hit the car again to make it spin and confuse his victims. Raymundo hits the passenger door head on. Exito! (Success!) The red Prius spins out of control, and Arambula’s driver crashes again the guardrail, almost flying off the edge. Raymundo thinks, Chevere. I’m the best at this. I’m god. I choose who lives and who dies on these freeways. I did it again!

The thrill and the high. So satisfying. This is what Raymundo lives for.

Lying in wait, before the two can call AAA, is also Cyrus Towing. The driver, Amir Efetkhari (“Amir”), defrauds Arambula by claiming Toyota’s SOS system went off and that All State will pay for his tow free of charge. When the CHP Officer, Eric Voss comes onto the crash scene, Voss orders Amir to tow both cars towed off the freeway, giving the impression this is an official CHP Tow.

Raymundo doesn’t want to explain what happened, but he says he’s an unlicensed taxi driver, who lost his Uber license. Raymundo also has a passenger.

Immediately after the collision, the Filipino passenger, who wears nurse scrubs, calls, or pretends to call, someone immediately. He fails to ask if Arambula or his passenger, Paul Cook, is ok.

He just keeps talks on the phone in order to avoid talking to Arambula and Cook. (Justin Bieber does this, when he wants to avoid reporters.)

Raymundo’s passenger alleges his name is Aldrin Soliman Garcia. Although he alleges he was a nurse on a taxi ride seeing an in house client, Garcia has the same address as Raymundo. Garcia has a cancelled security guard license, a cancelled firearm license, and a cancelled baton license.

It's suspected that although the Filipino nurse is using Garcia's name, this is not the actual name of the nurse.

Cyrus Towing charged Arambula $1,700 for towing and 3-4 days of storing his car. Business Owner "Dee Dee" says on recording that CHP called Cyrus Towing to tow the car.

Amir Eftekhari

Cook contacted former tow truck driver, Vinny Smith. Cook showed Smith a picture of Raymundo. Smith said, “That’s ‘Delta!’ He does work for us. He calls in after he ‘sees’ a car crash.” Smith calls him a Bird Dogger, someone lying in wait to report car crashes to tow companies.

But after Cook explains that he believe that Ryamond intentionally hits vehicles causing them to spin out, Smith swears and says, “Oh, shit! No wonder.”

Smith recalls that around April of May this year, in Los Angeles, he towed a Hyundai or Kia in Los Angeles that Delta called in. The car spun out, like Arambula’s Prius, and hit a pole.

Cook and the Hyundai are not the only one. Cook interviewed another former victim, Elias Hernandez. Two years ago, while Hernandez was changing lanes in

Los Angeles, a car hit him, and he spun out in the middle lane near the 101-110 freeway interchange. Like Cook, he was dazed and confused and didn’t know what happened. Hernandez described that an older man, short, squeaky voice, Hispanic, as the driver that hit him.

Hernandez states that Amir defrauded him out of $17,000.

Smith states that Cyrus Towing, along with Autopro Collision Center, owned by “Yazeem Karoom” aka “Jessie”, commit insurance fraud together. Every car that Amir brings to Karoom, Amir receives a percentage of money.

The other day, Arambula and his college roommate, Marilyn Angel, found Raymundo’s car parked right outside of Autopro Collision Center.

Smith states that the main players of the operation are “Dee Dee”; Amir; “Delta”; and “Jessie”. He also believes Lakeshore Towing is also involved in the fraud ring.
Yazeem Karoom aka "Jessie"

Smith states that Amir cheated him out of $3,000 in stolen wages. Amir has been sued numerous times for fraud. It appears he’s been found civilly liable for a judgment and attempted to discharge his debt through bankruptcy.

Cook and Arambula request that law enforcement do everything it takes to halt these operations immediately, before more drivers get hurt or killed. The two suspect that Raymundo may also be a hit man.

Cyrus Tow Defrauds Crash Victim, Ransoms Victim's Car and Demands $1,700 in Cash, or Else They Take Elder Arambula’s Car, And Threaten a $30,000 Bill.

"Dee Dee" of Cyrus Tow.
On September 26, 204, around 7:40 PM, a car rear ended Arambula, causing his car to spin out and hit the guardrail. About 20 minutes after the crash, a tow truck driver spotted the broken red Prius. The tow truck driver rubber necked his head out the window, grinning. Cyrus Towing came before the police did and without asking Arambula, hooked up the Prius’s bumper to his tow truck. He told Arambula, “Toyota’s SOS button went off. They’re sending emergency service. Everything is free.”

In about 20 minutes, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) came. Officer Eric Voss ordered the driver of Cyrus Tow to take both the Prius and the Chevy Trax off the freeway and to the local side street.

The tow truck driver asked Cook where they needed to go. The driver ordered the Uber. It was all free according to Cyrus Tow. The Uber driver came and was rushing Arambula and Cook to finish their statement with the police. The police wouldn’t permit Arambula to take pictures of the crashed Chevy.

The tow truck driver said, “Hey – your car’s been totaled. It’s worth nothing. But don’t worry. Toyota will take care of everything. Toyota and All State’s emergency service called us. The service, tow, and impound will be free. Everything is going to be free. And you’re going to get another car. Just sign here and give me the keys.”  Arambula signed and gave him the keys.

Both Arambula and Cook had long distance AAA service and could’ve towed the car to either of their places. Little did they know the car would be towed about 40 miles away from the crash location in Stanton California.

Cook and Arambula started feeling that something or everything was wrong. They confirmed that Toyota nor All State ever called Cyrus Tow. Cook called Cyrus Tow, and talked to the business manager, who identified herself as “Dee Dee”. Dee Dee said, “We’re closing shop now. Don’t worry about it. Insurance will take care of everything. And if not, we’ll work with you on the bill on Monday. You don’t need to worry about it. We’re here to help.”

Little did Cook and Arambula know that three or four days later on Monday, when they would try to get the car out, the bill would be $1,700 that had to be paid in cash. (The Vehicle Code requires tow companies to accept credit card payment.)

Cyrus Tow charged $625 for the tow, $295 for the tow hook up fee, $150 for a forklift fee, $250 for an after hour fee, and $150 for a “hazmat/clean up” fee.

When Arambula told them that this was wrong, Dee Dee stated, “You only have three options! Leave the car here, while you file a claim with your insurance! Leave the car here, while you file a claim with the other guy’s insurance! Or you can make all this go away, if you sign the title away to me!”

Cook was on the phone and said, “He’s not going to sign the title to you.”

Dee Dee stated, “Your friend signed the contract. He gave me the keys. We don’t have to release this car to him ever.”

“That’s not a valid contract. You made him sign that under the pretension that Toyota called him and it was free. Also, it’s under duress.”

“You don’t know anything! You’re fucking up your friend’s life. You do whatever you want. I’m a private business. We don’t need to follow the [tow] laws. You can’t do anything about it! I have your keys. I have your car. We work with the police. We work with the CHP. Either sign the title or pay us the $1,700 in cash.

“Also, if your car is in here for 30 days, I automatically get the car. And I can still bill your friend $30,000.”

Arambula started breaking down in tears. Arambula, depressed and shocked, left the tow yard and called Cook and said, “I started college again. I’m trying to get back off my feet. And now this. They’re going to take all the financial aid money I just got.” Arambula is 23, Hispanic, community college student, professional boxer, and boxing coach and personal fitness instructor.

Cook calmed Arambula down and said, “Let me try to take care of it.”

Although CHP Gives the Impression Cyrus Towing was an Authorized Police Tow, Altadena CHP Refuses to Lift a Finger to Help – Calling it a Civil Matter.

Cook then called the Altadena, CHP, instead, and talked to the watch commander, Sergeant Axl and requested that he help get Arambula’s car back given the facts. Cook explained that Voss had made it seem like Cyrus Tow was an official police authorized tow, when he ordered them to take both cars off the freeway.

Eric Voss
Axl said, “Oh – there is this fraud going on. But this sounds like a civil thing.”

Axl called back 15 minutes later and said, “This is a civil matter and not criminal fraud. There’s nothing we could do because he signed the contract.”

Cook explained that Arambula signed only because they told them Toyota called, and it would be free. Also Arambula signed right after the accident, when he was in shock.

Cook then wanted to talk to Axl’s boss. Axl replied, “I’m the highest up you can go. You can’t talk to the lieutenant here. This is a civil matter. Take it to court.”

Cook immediately emailed the facts to CHP Commissioner Sean Duryee, who said he would have someone investigate it. (This has been followed through.)

Angel looked up the company and saw a number of negative Yelp reviews that stated that Cyrus Tow finds crashed cars; tells the victims that Tesla or Toyota called them through its SOS program; and then charges $6,000 in towing fees, when they try to get it out.”

Cook, Arambula, and Angel Conduct a Probe and Discover that Cyrus Tow Preys on Car Crash Victims and Commits Potential Insurance Fraud.

First, Arambula asked Dee Dee to lower the price, because he only had $1,300 and didn’t have enough money. Dee Dee says, “$1,700 is probably the lowest I can do [for three days of tow].” Dee Dee calls the owner, Amir M. Eftekhari, who was enjoying himself at a wedding.

Eftekhari said, “No.”

Arambula then had to borrow $500 from Angel.

After paying Dee Dee the $1,700, Arambula apologized to Dee Dee that Cook called the CHP on her. Arambula also added, “My friend is really destroying my life. I’m sorry I involved him.”

 She said, “Yes, he is.”

Then, Arambula asked how Dee Dee’s business worked and what he could do to get reimbursed.

On video, Dee Dee spends about 15 minutes talking about how she complies with the law and follows best practice. She even says if they don’t comply by the law, “We can lose our business and possibly go to jail. . . . That’s why I’m trying to be as transparent as possible.”

She then explains why her tow rates are so high. Dee Dee says, “However, the minute that the driver puts any of his equipment on your car, you have to pay the drop fee. If he pulls his bed up, once that tow and the hook happens, you’re responsible for the charge.”

But here, Arambula didn’t consent to the driver putting his tow hook on his car. Dee Dee charged Arambula $295 to attach a hook to his car.

Arambula objects and says, “But your driver said this would be free of charge.”

Dee Dee responds, “90 percent of the time it is.” She then clarifies that free of charge means the insurance actually pays for it.

She adds: “We have to be very careful. We can’t just go and grab [any car.] If I did that, and you don’t have insurance at all, guess who’s assed out? Me!

"Not just you, but me too! I have bills to pay too. I have a family to feed too. If I don’t have a business I can’t do that. So, I’m not going to risk my business.”

Dee Dee blames Arambula for not filing a claim immediately with both insurance companies. She says, “Had this been notified day one, they could’ve immediately picked up this vehicle at this price.”

She then tells Arambula, (who was the car crash victim), “You need to file a claim immediately. [Tell them] Hey, it was my fault. . . . Then they’ll work with me and these are the charges.”

Dee Dee maintains that Arambula still needs to file his claim and tell her the claim number. She says, “I let them know what the tow bill was. . . . All of this is going to be a numbers game.

In total, Dee Dee talks about an insurance claim 24 times in the video recording.

Dee Dee Admits CHP Officer Voss Calls Her Regarding His Crashed Prius; Kickback Suspected.

Dee Dee explains to Arambula that they don’t officially work with the CHP, because they can’t get the high rates and they don’t have enough drivers and tow trucks. But as a private towing company, she says: “We can charge up the higher rates. That’s how we make our money.” (In other words, working unofficially with the CHP is the more lucrative and smarter way.)

Then Arambula asked Dee Dee, “So mine was in the Altadena CHP. So he’s [Eric Voss] the one, who contacted the guy who picked up my towing truck?”

Dee Dee answers, “Mmmm hmmm. Yeah. That’s how that works. . . . There’s many different ways these calls can come over.”

(Voss is also well networked in the CHP. According to the Altadena CHP Instagram, Voss has two other brothers working for the CHP: Kyle and Lucas.)

Another victim of Cyrus Tow
Cyrus Tow Appears to Have a Relationship with Stanton LA County Sheriffs to Enable their Scheme.

Before Arambula and Angel leave, they film another elderly woman victim attempting to retrieve her vehicle. The victim called Los Angeles County Sheriff. The obese woman sheriff smirks at the victim and tells her nothing could be done. The victim puts her head down and walks away sad with the gleeful Dee Dee.Arambula’s incident is not isolated. Five other victims have complained on Yelp.

When asked about how he feels after the tow, Aramabula said, “This is just wrong. These people are profiting from our pain. We could’ve been seriously hurt. Handicapped or dead. It makes me so mad.”

California Highway Patrol Informs Predatory Tow Truck Company of Collisions to Defraud Crash Victims and Insurance Companies

Paul Cook’s neck smashed against the back of the car headrest and snapped forward again, after he felt a hard and sudden jolt hit the back of the red Toyota Prius. Thump! Two seconds later, the back Chevy hit the Prius a second time. Pshhhhh. The car started swerving. Shocked, Elder Arambula, the driver, lost control of the steering wheel. The car spun out and flung into the freeway guardrail, crashing into it. Arambula’s chest and shoulder smashed into the dash; his head hit the headrest as well. The front airbags didn’t deploy. Cook prayed, “Please don’t let another car hit us.” No other car hit the two.

The car was mangled into the metal guardrail. Arambula shook Cook and shouted, “Are you ok?!”

Dazed; Cook replied: “I don’t know.”

Cook opened the door and stepped out. He felt dizzy and confused and noticed the car was almost dangling off the edge of the shoulder of the freeway. Seeing it, Cook processed the thought: What if the car flew off the edge? He took in a deep breath.

Date: September 26, 204. Time: 7:47 PM. Location: 210 Freeway West. Pasadena. Near Sierra Madre Exit.

Orange emergency lights were blinking. Cook looked at the two crashed cars, the broken doors, the broken plastic shattered on the asphalt, and the disabled and cracked cars. He tried to make sense of what happened.

* * *

A driver from Cyrus Tow spotted the red Prius. About 20 minutes later, Officer Eric Voss from the California Highway Patrol came out. He ordered Cyrus Tow to tow the two cars off the freeway. Arambula did not consent to have his car hooked up.

Voss was not supposed to authorize this tow, as the CHP has an official tow list of authorized tow trucks.

Cyrus Tow told Arambula that Toyota's SOS system went off and the tow and impound would be free. All he had to do was sign the papers and give the keys.

Four days later, the tow bill came out to $1,700. Cyrus Tow charged $625 for the tow, $295 for the tow hook up fee, $150 for a forklift fee, $250 for an after hour fee, and $150 for a “hazmat/clean up” fee.

Read more on how Cyrus Tow's illegal operation runs.

* * *

"Dee Dee", the business manager from Cyrus Tow, refused to accept credit card. Arambula paid the tow bill with all his college financial aid money. Arambula was broke.

At the time, Arambula asked Dee Dee, “So mine was in the Altadena CHP.

According to the Altadena CHP Instagram, Voss has two other brothers working for the CHP: Kyle and Lucas.) According to Transparent California, as of 2023, Voss made $274,052.51. This includes benefits.

Arambula’s incident is not isolated. Five other victims have complained to Yelp.

Cook is requesting that if anyone can help with a donation to Arambula. Arambula needs a rental car or a to purchase a cheap car, while this accident is being investigated. All donations are tax dedudicble through Cook’s nonprofit corporation, a 501(c)(3) - Plousivous En Pistei (Greek for Wealthy in Faith) and will be spent accountably and appropriately.

When asked about how he feels after the tow, Aramabula said, “This is just wrong. These people are profiting from our pain. We could’ve been seriously hurt. Handicapped or dead. It makes me so mad.”

Biometric Evidence Confirms Authenticity of Anastasia Romanov's Survival

Forensic scientists, Professor Raoul Perrot* and Alisa Vladi, have confirmed that Anastasia Nikolaevna was saved during the Russian Revolution of 1917 through a biometric facial analysis.

For those of you who don't know Russian history, Russia used to be a monarchy with a King - the last King being Nicholas II. The Bolsheviks overthrew the Russian Royal Family, imprisoned them, and then slaughtered almost all of them.  (The Netflix series the Crown portrays this piece of history graphically.)

These events paved the way for the creation of Communist Russia with Vladimir Lenin to rule, with Joseph Stalin, succeeding him. It is estimated that between 7 to 10 million people died under Stalin.

There was a rumor that the youngest daughter of the last Russian King - Anastasia, however, survived. According to the forensic scientists above, the biometrical features of the nine year old photo of Anastasia matches a woman claiming she was Anastasia in two photos: one taken when she was 60 years old, and the other at 70.

The scientists have concluded that there's a 96% "metric similarity". I have uploaded their paper here.

The representative of the Romanov family still seeks justice and an acknowledgment of the murdering of his family from the Russian Communist Party. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn explained it best, when he said, "The imagination and the spiritual strength of Shakespeare’s evildoers stopped short at a dozen corpses. Because they had no ideology."

*I want to personally acknowledge the contribution that Professor Perrot has contributed to the field of forensics.

Hadley Tow, Owned by Mark Hassan, Sued for Damaging Motorist's Bumper; Hassan Engages in Coverup.

Mark Hassan

On July 8, 2024 - I sued F M G, Inc. dba as Hadley Tow, because Hadley Tow damaged my bumper and engaged in a coverup, instead of accepting responsibility. On February 24, 2024 - the back rear tire popped on the freeway. I called AAA Emergency Roadside Assistance, who contracted out Hadley Tow to fix the tire. When the driver,  Roberto, ID 142 119, towed my car on the bed, the harness snapped. (Photo published below.) My car was dangling on by one harness and if the other harness had snapped, it would have fallen off the inclined tow bed.

I made several demands from Hadley Tow, who ignored all them. I then made a claim with AAA, submitted the photo of the harness and the a statement of facts.

AAA asked Hadley what happened. Mark Hassan of Hadley Tow called me and said, although they haven't reviewed the evidence, they were going to deny the claim, because he didn't want to pay. Hassan then told AAA that my rear tire popped, causing the bumper damage, which is obviously not true.

AAA asked for the picture of my bumper before the tow, which I was able to retrieve. To their benefit and commitment to customer service and excellence in professionalism, AAA reimbursed me the small amount for the damage. Again, this was a very small amount, around $600. Thanks to AAA for doing the right thing.

Returning to the topic of Hadley Tow, it was difficult to sue it, because they do business as F M G, Inc. In fact, a background search found that Mark Hassan is associated with 7 other companies; they are R & R Cleanrs, Inc.; Crescenta Valley Tow, Inc. ; F M G, Inc.; Presitge Collission Auto Body, Inc.; Hadley Towing Equipment, Inc.; Courtesy Transport & Towing, Inc.; Whittier Auto Dismantling, Inc.; Geneva Motors Inc.; and another Gevena Motor subsidiary.

Although AAA covered my damages, because Hassan's coverup, I'm still suing for a few hours of lost work time, which is a natural and foreseeable consequence of the negligence committed by his company, if not the outright fraud committed by Hassan with his coverup.

Mark Hassan has a bad reputation with the community and a reputation for dishonesty. According to Whittier News, he has been in collusion with the police for engaging in illegal activity before.

Greg S. Tuttle of Baldwin Park stated that Mark refused to get the proper permits to operate his tow company in Baldwin Park and started running it illegally and shoddily. Hadley Tow has since been ousted from doing business with the City.

The damage to my bumper and the following cover up is a sign that Mark Hassan is running his business poorly and cutting corners, which is evidenced by all his history above.

Pastor Siang-Yang Tan Destroys Youth Ministry at First Evangelical Church Glendale - The Disney Worshipping Church

During Pastor Siang Tan's tenure at First Evangelical Church in Glendale (FECG), the college ministry became decimated, then dissolved. At the time, Tan delegated Pastor Donn Halla to oversee the youth ministry, who was only let go after the young adult ministry was destroyed. (Halla's sermons had to be some of the worst and most boring talks I've ever heard. Clearly, Halla didn't take God's work seriously.)  Tan stated that certain people had to be fired so that he could preserve his pension and the pension of other staff.

From the pulpit, after admitting failure regarding the loss of the young adults, Tan rebuked his congregation for criticizing him and asked them: "What do you want me to do about it?" Well, who else is supposed to be do something about it?

The fundamental problem in the church is that it was not Christ-based. Congregants, especially the young adults, worshiped and talked more about Disney than Jesus. If one wasn't obsessed with Disneyland, or was single, or without children, one wouldn't be welcomed by pastors or congregants.

Other heretical issues that bothered me was the church's stance on Hell and a lack of repentance and responsibility for failed leadership and sin. Tan also openly promoted masturbation as not being a sexual sin. Another pastor there told me that Judas was still able to receive salvation after betraying Jesus.

I wrote these criticisms on Yelp, which somehow FECG was able to remove. Although former pastor, Diana Shing, reached out to me, she made me feel like that I was the problem and that I had issues. I have yet to receive an apology from the Disney Church for me having to endure heresy, boring recycled sermons, and inhospitable treatment to others and myself. Remember; God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for their inhospitality to guests and newcomers.

Tan and his leadership have failed to admit fault, failed to own responsibility, and failed to repent and change. FECG would rather bury its sin and shame away from the public than to repent.

After seeing the Yelp post removed, I felt convicted to make this a permanent post and to publish it here. My small group confirmed it should be done too.

This Disney Church has moved away from the initial goals of it's founder Reverend George Chua - who wanted his congregants to learn more about God and worship together.

I just finished teaching a study of Hell. And I have to say, the way that the Disney Church is going, it's destined for Hell: the second death and God's violent killing of the soul.

To the Church of Disney, Jesus has already stated:

"I know what you have done; I know that you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were either one or the other! But because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I am going to spit you out of my mouth! You say, ‘I am rich and well off; I have all I need.’ But you do not know how miserable and pitiful you are! You are poor, naked, and blind." (Rev. 3:15-17).

Local Boxer Sues California’s Department of Parks and Recreation for Illegally Issuing Parking Ticket Fines of Up To $168; Injunction Filed in Orange County Superior Court on August 28, 2024 to Stop the Department.

After hearing about the Super Bloom, (a rare desert botanical phenomenon in California), Elder Arambula, a professional boxer; boxing coach; Hispanic; and local Californian - born and raised - wanted to see it for the first time at the Chino Hills State Park. He parked his car at the parking lot at the Chino Hills State Park Carbon Canyon entrance, operated by the California’s Department of Parks and Recreation.

After doing a two and a half hour hike around the area, Arambula witnessed the natural California wildlife, such as birds, flowers, trees, and a snake. He found the experience peaceful.

But upon his return, Arambula was upset to find a $71.50 parking ticket on the windshield of his car; the top of the notice stated, “NOTICE OF PARKING VIOLATION” – which was cited under California Code of Regulations, Title 14 § 4302 (“Regulation 4302”). There were no signs posted to warn him about purchasing a parking permit.

Arambula asked Ranger Kenneth L. Gordon, who cited him, where the sign was that notified him to purchase a parking permit. The ranger ignored him and upon repeating the question, he said Arambula could read the back of the citation to contest it. He witnessed other members of the public outraged at receiving a parking citation.

At the Carbon Canyon entrance alone, the Department has illegally issued over 131 citations since citing people. The Park has multiple entrances.

Arambula brought the issue to his attorney, Paul Cook. At first Cook thought that this was an issue of the Department ticketing members of the public without warning them with an adequate sign. After filing the lawsuit, the Department has since posted signs, hoping the matter would disappear.

Upon investigating the facts, Cook discovered deeper problems. The whole parking citation scheme was and is illegal. And even after notifying the Department of its illegal scheme, the Department continues to fine members of the public with more parking citation.

The entire scheme violates both state and federal law. First, it violates the state’s vehicle codes. Vehicle Code Section 40203.5 requires that an agency notify the public of how much the fine amount is, if a parking citation is issued. Here, the Department has published no fine schedule.

It also violates Vehicle Code 40202, which requires that the Department enact law before it can even fine a person for a parking violation. Regulation is not enacted law. In December 22, 2011 – the Attorney General (AG), who represents the Department, published an opinion that parking fines can only issue if there is enacted law. Here, there is no enacted law about purchasing a parking permit. Now; the AG takes the position that the State is above its own law.

Finally, under the Due Process clauses of both our state and federal Constitutions, Regulation 4302 is void because it fails to provide "fair notice." Article I, Section 7 of the Californian Constitution states, "A person may not be deprived of . . . property [which includes money] without due process of law.” One fundamental requirement of Due Process is "fair notice of what conduct is prohibited."

Here, the Department is citing the public for a violation that isn’t even prohibited. Regulation 4302 requires a “use fee”, but a “use fee” under the plain meaning is an entrance fee. It is not a parking permit.

Our courts have stated, “[I]f the . . . regulation under which it is obtained ‘fails to provide a person of ordinary intelligence fair notice of what is prohibited'", the Regulation will be voided. In other words, the Department has no right to fine people, because it has no regulation or law, written in plain English, that a motorist needs to purchase a parking pass to park in the parking lot. Hence, it’s been fining people illegally. Thus, the Regulation needs to be voided as practiced.

The Department, however, appears to be engaged in a cover up. When asked about the signs by interrogatories, Jennifer C. Comilang-Balsley, Senior Counsel with the Legal Office of the California Department of Parks and Recreation, appears to make a misrepresentation under the penalty of perjury. She stated, “This signage has been in place for years and was there before the current District Superintendent arrived as risk manager officially on October 1, 2019.”

Cook subpoenaed Google Maps, which shows that as of February 2021, the Department had no signs erected. Google has verified that the image is accurate.

When each of the government's illegal violations are viewed in context, it’s clear that the State of California has created a snare trap for the weary, in which it intends to harm the public by fining those who are not familiar with the secret rules, in order to pay administrators and staff exorbitant salaries.

According to California Transparency, Jennifer C. Comilang with benefits, makes $261,375.7; Director, Armando Quintero, $260,361.43; and Ranger Gordon, $191,234.42.

No law in the Public Resource Code has been enacted regarding the fines. No law has been posted on what motorists need to do. And at the time when Arambula was cited, no signs were posted for members of the public to know. And when confronted, the Department instead of being honest and owning responsibility and refunding the amount taken, engaged in a cover up.

Hence, last Thursday, Arambula had no choice but to file an preliminary injunction with the court. He will also move to file a temporary restraining order next week.

After reading this story, a regular reader of this blog and avid hiker and Californian resident stated, “It’s thievery masquerading as public service.”

Lost 10 Pounds; Improving at Boxing.

At the end of January, I made a decision to cut weight. I wanted to lose 15 pounds. This was overly ambitious. Probably at most, without triggering starvation mode, I can lose 13 pounds.

As of last week, I dropped 10 pounds. My body fat appears to be at about 10%. I did so by a combination of intermittent fasting and boxing workouts, which included a lot of running. It wasn't hard. It wasn't easy. It was certainly intentional.

Given that being overweight and obesity is now at 70% in the United States, we have a health crisis. Obesity disproportionately affects the poor and minorities. According to one study, "Counties with poverty rates of >35% have obesity rates 145% greater than wealthy counties."

Currently, Ozempic and semaglutides appears to be the Holy Grail for this epidemic. One problem. We don't know the long term effects yet. I wouldn't be opposed to this as a jump start for people. Sadly, the drug costs three times more in the United States than in United Kingdom.

We know that the obesity problem is caused by our toxic food supply. I do believe that Congress needs to ban seed oils, corn syrup, GMOs, and heavy uses of pesticides.

I can write more on all this later, if there's an interest. In the meantime, I'm promoting my boxing coach, Elder Arambula, who just started his own fitness business - New Life Boxing and Fitness.

Hit him up on Instagram at Elder Arambula (@elderboxing107), if you're interested in training.

Police Chief of South Gate, Darren Arakawa, Makes $460,000 a Year, While Arakawa Turns Blind Eye to Underground Colombian Theft Ring.

In 2022, Police Chief of South Gate, Darren Arakwa, made $458,016.47, according to Transparent California. The U.S. Census states that South Gate has approximately 90,926 residents. The average income per capita in South Gate is $22,927.

Therefore, the police chief makes 20 times more than the average resident of South Gate. Furthermore, South Gate has only around 50 police employees.

In contrast, in 2022, according to the same website, Chief Michel Moore of the City of Los Angeles made $389,398.80. Moore managed around 9,000 staff. The City of Los Angeles has 3.85 million residents. The average income of an Angelino is $30,225. Hence, Moore makes 12.9 times the amount an average resident of LA makes.

Also, in contrast, Governor Gavin Newsom of California made $290,119.64 in 2022.

Arakawa's salary became an issue, when his rookie officer, Jose Gonzalez, who makes almost $100,000 a year refused to arrest a Colombian theft ring for having stolen property. One of the members of that theft ring punched the victim who nabbed the thief, and still Arakwa's officer, being poorly trained, refused to do anything. Gonzales also failed to respect Miranda rights.

When Elder Arambula, a victim of Arakwa's incompetence found out about Arakawa's salary, he stated, "This kind of corruption keeps the people of South Los Angeles trapped in a cycle of poverty. This is where all our money is going."

Colombian Cell Phone and Purse Snatchers Targeting Hollywood, Nabbed by Victim; LAPD and South Gate Police Said Not to Bother Them.

Colombian Cell Phone and Purse Snatchers.

On February 29, 2024 - Elder Arambula, 22, professional Spaniard-Mexican boxer, entrepreneur, boxing and fitness coach, and temporary worker for the Los Angeles County Election, was standing outside Hollywood's Avalon Theater, to support his friend and boxer, Ryan Garcia at Garcia's press conference against Devin Heney. Before the conference, Arambula saw two suspicious Hispanic guys walking back and forth, spying on onlookers. Arambula witnessed a chubby darker skinned guy ("Chubby") hand Avalon's security guard a $100 bill. When Arambula began talking to Garcia and Garcia's brother, Chubby bumped into Arambula with his arm and shoulder. The next thing Arambula knew, his cell phone was missing.

Arambula was with his friend, Marilyn Anguiano. The thinner, fairer skinned guy ("Skinny") attempted to pull Anguiano's purse. When he failed to take it, Skinny just said, "Sorry."

On March 2, 2024 - Arambula was able to get a location of his cell phone. Arambula asked me, if I would help him. I said, "Yes, but let me change the water on my South American Amazonian aquarium." (My wild Peruvian discus fish needed clean water.)

The location pinpointed to 2651 Pine Place in South Gate, a three-story apartment. After spending an hour, I was able to locate the phone in one of three units: 102, 202, or 302. The apartment states to be registered to Julio Carrillo. A public record's search says he is 72 years old, goes by the names of Julio Hernandez and Hernan Carrillo and is also registered at 4324 Florence Ave Apt 219, Bell, CA 90201. A relative of his, Miguel Hernandez, also resides at the same address, unit 309.

Arambula knocked on 102. A middle aged Hispanic mother came out. Spoke Spanish. Denied having the phone. I studied her body language. I believed her.

Then, Arambula knocked on 202. Chubby came out. Bingo. We walked inside. We asked for the cell phone. Chubby didn't say anything.

Then all of a sudden Skinny, who was sleeping, threw off his bed sheets. I was startled. Skinny jumped out of bed and popped out of nowhere.

Elder shouted, "Paul, that's him! He was at the press conference! He tried to steal Marilyn's purse!" Anguiano confirmed that the Skinny in the picture was the one who tried to steal her purse.

I looked around the room and saw around 7 stolen cell phones and a few stolen purses. One was a black Dolce Gabbana purse.

I asked politely for Skinny to give back the phone. Skinny was clearly high on drugs. His speech was slurred. He spoke with a Venezuelan accent.

Chubby asked us to show the location. Elder showed him on his phone. Chubby refused to give back the phone.

I told them we'd have to call the police, if they didn't return the phone. Skinny started screaming and pushing Arambula out of the apartment. Skinny then punched Arambula. Arambula decided not to punch back. Skinny then grabbed me and pushed me out too.

We called the South Gate Police. Two officers came. Both named Gonzalez. One was J. Gonzales. He was a young officer, who asked me to explain the situation.

After doing so, J. Gonzalez said, "Well, you really shouldn't be here looking for the cell phone. And since you didn't file a police report, there's nothing we could do."

He started interviewing Arambula, and I said, "I want to be present. I'm Arambula's attorney."

J. Gonzalez said, "It doesn't matter. You can't be present while I interview Arambula. You better back away." This would be illegal under the decision Miranda v. Arizona (1965) 384 U.S. 436.

Then J. Gonzales said, "Your cell phone is not here."

Arambula, upset, points to the his other phone and says, "Do you not see, it says the location is here? And I saw the suspects at the place where my cell phone was stolen."

J. Gonzales said, "Since you didn't file a police report, we're not going to do anything."

I said, "You're seriously not going to do anything, when there's a number of stolen cell phones and purses in that unit?"

Gonzalez's partner said they'd interview the suspects. They came down and the partner explained that they denied having the cell phone but did invite them to look for it.

I said, "So, why didn't you search the place?"

J. Gonzales, at the same time, lied to Arambula saying, "We searched the place and found nothing.'

After I heard this, I said, "Your partner just told me you didn't search the place. Go search it."

J. Gonzales said, "We don't have a warrant."

Annoyed and frustrated, I said, "You don't need a warrant. They consented to a search."

The partner and him then agreed to search the place. They came back down. They said they found nothing. They gave us a police report number to make Arambula feel better.

The partner and J. Gonzales said, "Well, we really don't want to do a thorough search, because our lives could be in danger."

I shook my head, rolled my eyes, took a deep breath, and thanked them.

A small crowd of residents gathered in the lobby of the apartment. An El Salvadorean woman name Maria said, "I know who they are. They're illegal Colombians. They're thieves. They arrested one not too long ago. We need them gone." Organized crime rings have been stealing cell phones, wallets and purses in West Hollywood. Colombian theft rings are responsible for hundreds of stolen cell phones.

On March 11, 2024 - I emailed Avalon Theater, South Gate Police Chief and the Hollywood Division Captain. Captain Craig Heredia stated that nothing could be done, because a police report wasn't filed. I quickly responded and forwarded him the police report: Report # 240302900356. No response given. Nothing was done.

Chief Arakawa of South Gate replied, "It will be looked into." To date, nothing's been done.

Barney Holm, the General Manager of Avalon wrote, "Unfortunately there is not much that we can do in terms of an investigation or prosecution as a Venue."

The cell phone theft comes at a difficult time for Arambula. Arambula, 22, recently left home, because of his broken family, who struggles with gang activity and addictions. Hence, Arambula was working two jobs, one was as a temporary worker for the LA County Election and as a private boxing and fitness coach. His new business is New Life Boxing and Fitness.

Because of the cell phone loss, Arambula lost two days of work as an election worker, which is about $600, about a month's rent for him. Arambula, however, made up for it by working 16 hours for the LA County Election from 5:15 AM to 9 PM.

After Arambula posted a picture of the thieves on his Instagram, followers have demanded justice. Comments state "Call ICE"; "Scum bags My daughter has had their purse stolen recent[ly] at Hollywood clubs"; and that Arambula should go back and attack the thieves. Instagram screenshots have been published below.

When asked what Arambula wanted, he stated, "I want these thieves to be investigated, arrested, and prosecuted. I want to get these thieves off the streets. People like this are destroying our society, making it worse, and need to be sent back to where they're from."
