Former Council Member, Marlen Garcia,
going on a tirade against Roger Hernandez

She was the most hated person in the city. She was so full of rage, madness, and power, the whole community banded together to get rid of her. She managed Lozano's finances too, and in her tirades, would throw his ledgers out the window. We're happy to have her gone.

There's a Tribune article out there on how Delilah, Marlen's daughter was caught joyriding without a license, but the police didn't impound the car for 30 days - as it did with the undocumented.

She also took $10,000 in redevelopment money to bring Walmart in, for property nearby.

Witnesses say she threw her shoe in a closed session council meeting.

Witnesses say she's managed Lozano's finances, and threw his ledgers out the window, when he upset her.

Finally, she has told the audience on audio for all her critics to go back home to Mexico. Now you can see why she was the most hated person in Baldwin Park when she was in office.
