Unlike other corporate review sites, I present candid reviews of restaurants in Los Angeles, focusing mainly on the San Gabriel Valley - my home. I am not compensated anything for my reviews.
(This site is still in progress.)
In the future, I might add my favorite places around the world to eat.

I recommend their carne asada tacos with guacamole.

Mexican (Various parts of Mexico)
My brother found this little taco stand, before they upscaled. They serves unique kinds of tacos, such as adding fried cheese or jalapeño tacos. I love their mango salsa. I generally stick to their chorizo tacos.
Their marlin tacos are also very good.

They have very high standards, and it shows up in their food. It's really a great value for what they offer.
I recommend the tempura sushi combo here.
750 Terrado Plaza #33, Covina, CA 91723
China Tasty (Temporarily closed?)
I admittedly found this place, because Jonathan Gold reviewed it. I love fresh noodles, and I tell people that nothing beats fresh noodles - whether they're Asian or Italian. I ordered their dry Zha Jian Mien, and I also ordered their xiao long bao (dumplings). Highly recommended and not expensive at all.

I highly recommend the garlic naan and butter chicken combo.

Also, I lost my jacket here one night. And I wanted to mention that the staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure I got it back.
